I am an warm and friendly, relational therapeutic counsellor in Bristol. I work with a range of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues and low self esteem; I have specific experience in drug and alcohol issues; and a background in creative industries gives me an understanding of the creative process. Alongside fundamental qualities of empathy, acceptance and authenticity, I'll bring humour and challenge to our sessions.
