Our main capabilities are pressings, tube bending and welding but we also have many more supporting processes such as sheet metal work, tapping, sawing, de burring, guillotining, CNC machining and flow drilling amongst others Our welding processes are varied too, from Robotic and manual MiG welding to TiG, projection & spot welding to brazing and soldering Our main capabilities are Press work, Tube forming and Welded Assemblies, often comprising all 3 processes into assemblies All press tools, tube manipulation tools and welding jigs are designed and made in house, as are all samples and prototypes, thus we are able to minimise the cost of these process to give customers excellent value plus fast lead times
