If you take up Social Media Management from Thomas Cole then we will require any login details or to be added as an Administrator to your profiles in order to check any notifications and to respond to any client queries or questions. Before initiating Social Media Management we will also require a brief meeting; either in person or on the phone to find out more about specific details about the business and answer any questions questions or queries clients may ask. We will then be able to respond to any client questions or quieries; if it is not outlined during our meeting we may contact you for clarification at the time.
