Kernow Coaching is run by Pete Bray the only person to kayak solo and unsupported across the North Atlantic and holds the world record for this. The company is a specialist sea kayaking and hill walking company. We enjoy taking our clients to location around Cornwall they have never seen. Our hill trips are geared around the use of the map and compass, we do not use modern technology. We also camp from the kayaks as well as on the hills. There it is all about communicating face to face. The only mobile allowed is for safety. We find people are forgetting the art of talking to another person, yet when they come out with Kernow Coaching they rediscover the pleasure of talking to another human.
