Our goal is to build a great product, not a business that can be sold. We do it because we love it, not because our manager asked us to - we don't have one! We do it because we care, not because of our shareholders - we don't have any! We don't do expensive advertising (we've hardly done any!) so we can offer fair prices for our plans. We don't do sales demos hence we have no need for an expensive sales force. We don't do extensive support contracts and so we don't have to overprice our service. In other words we run a lean business and we pass on all the benefits to our customers. It's OK if you choose to support the corporate, soulless world instead. We'll be here, building a great product and a lean business.
