MDF Block Mounts | Prints on MDF
Contemporary MDF Block Mounts are made by pressure bonding a high resolution 320gsm photo paper print onto the front of a perfectly smooth 18mm deep MDF panel, using a specially designed 50micron film coated with a high impact adhesive. Depending on your choice, we finish the sides of the panel either with a specially formulated matt black paint or a matt black or matt white melamine laminate. Black card is pressure bonded onto the back of the panels to provide a neat finsh. They are supplied with hidden float fixings and four silicon rubber bumpers to keep them perfectly flush to your wall. These fixings give the illusion that the finished print is floating off the wall. These prints are absolutely ideal for home, office or school enviroments, where they fit it perfectly with all types of modern decor.
