I have been working within the Housing Sector for over 20 years and in that time I have gained experience in many aspects of property management, including lettings; maintenance; tenancy issues; rent collection and taking relevant legal action against tenants who have failed to keep to the terms of their tenancy agreements. I have served hundreds of notices, attended court and evicted many tenants and I have an excellent success rate. I am also a property owner and I have first-hand experience dealing with my own tenants.
