Calder Canoe Centre was set up in 2000 to provide reasonable cost, high quality coaching courses for East Lancashire canoeists As well as the usual BCU and UKCC coach education courses we can provide a wide range of specialist couses such as star test training and assessments, Outdoor first aid, River leadership, FSRT, WWS&R etc Since then our reputation has grown and we now have coaches travelling from as far as British Columbia and Austria to take part in BCU coach education courses
