Junior Dragons - prepare younger children (4-6 years old) by giving them confidence and a fun way to get them into exercise at a young age. Karate - Learn one of the most popular and respected Martial Arts - fitness, self defence, confidence. Classes for 7-13 and 13+ including adult classes. Kickboxing - Get fit, have fun. Classes for 7-15 and 15+ including adults. Taekwon-Do - Classes for adults and children aged 8+. Open to children, adults and families! Develop flexibility, fitness, concentration and self-discipline! All Instructors are Chuldow trained, first aid qualified and fully CRB checked. Our Academy is spacious, air conditioned and features a comfortable and welcoming waiting area and fully matted training area.
