My name is Luke Bennett. I have a level 3 diploma in fitness instructing and personal training and I am qualified in level 3 nutrition. I did all my training with Premier Training International Ltd, who are recognized as one of the leading training companies in the UK. I have a studio gym filled with all the necessary equipment needed to promote weight loss, muscles building, cardiovascular training and general body conditioning. It provides 3 cardiovascular machines and a Powertec leverage gym, which can perform 20 different weight exercises and can withstand 200kg of weight at any one time. The studio gym also includes free weights, kettlebells ranging from 2kg up to 20kg and other equipment such as boxing pads and gloves, skipping ropes etc. I have the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals. Some people hate the intimidation factor that so many gyms and even fitness classes to some extent possess and will see their fitness goals and targets cut short because of this. I am here to offer people the chance to gain gym experience but without the fear factor. I have a studio gym from which people get the chance to follow their tailor made programs designed by myself with the comfort of knowing that no one is watching and judging them.
