Oracle HRMS experts/solution architect/project management:· Designing, configuring and presenting Oracle HRMS Applications end-to-end solutions to cover client specific needs and requirements· Defining requirements and gathering information required for business processes analysis, application configuration and information security· Running and managing information gathering workshops, meetings, interviews, interactive design sessions, presentations, and training sessions· Analysing the project scope· Establishing clients business objectives· Analysing the impact of technology migration· Analysing quality, performance, availability, maintainability and security requirements· Analysing Oracle applications integration requirements· Identifying projects constraints· Analysing and re-engineering clients business processes· Establishing a schedule for solution implementation· Leading HR implementation team on mapping clients' requirements to the application· Defining CEMLIs (Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations and Interfacing) requirements· Producing the Project Initiation Document (PID)· Managing and monitoring project scope and objectives· Defining project risks and introducing appropriate controls and/or contingency plans· Defining project processes and auditing progress reports· Liasing with any suppliers or account managers· Defining project technical and quality strategy· Initiating corrective action where necessary· Defining change control procedures and any required configuration management· Designing and implementing training courses for Oracle Applications· Conducting data conversion and upload tasks· Setting testing strategies and developing appropriate System and User Acceptance Tests· Providing support to the client during the testing, roll out and parallel run process, handling any issues which may arise· Providing formal and informal coaching and training to the client (project team, the client's trainers and end users of the system)
