I'm a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) using a number of techniques including hypnotherapy and I specialise in coaching people towards a better, brighter future for themselves. Do you ever get the feeling that you are being held back by your problems? Do you ever get the feeling that you are being held back by your problems? What could you achieve if you were empowered to put your past behind you where it belongs? I use NLP and hypnotherapy techniques to help the people who come to me to get out of their problems and to achieve more of what they want from their lives. I work with all sorts of people with various concerns to guide them into a more confident and calmer place. I've helped people overcome a number of issues including anxiety, grief and negative thought patterns and to achieve more confidence, personal power and form new behaviours and habits. I specialise in addictions and phobias; including but not limited to nicotine, alcohol and sugar & fear of spiders, heights and flying. Each session is tailored to you and what you want to change about your life, I will work with you in your home, or where ever suits you in the Somerset area. I provide a calming, relaxed and non judgemental experience with your best interest at the heart of each session. One of the many benefits of being coached by a Master Practitioner of NLP is that the time we spend together is completely confidential - so much so that I don't even need to know the details if it is too sensitive to disclose. Your experience with me will be unique and focused on your desired state; not on the past and the source of your problems. NLP and hypnotherapy are both forward looking techniques with a central belief that everybody has the potential to achieve excellence and happiness in their lives, and my techniques and methodology will leave you with the ability to make profound changes.
