Pembrokeshire Pilates is committed to providing high quality Pilates training the way Joseph Pilates intended, in small classes and in private one to one sessions. Courses in traditional mat work, small equipment and neutral spine classes. Classes run weekly in school term time in our two venues of Pembroke Town Hall and in Cosheston Village Hall, both of high quality with toilet facilities and easy parking. Private one to one, and up to one to three person sessions are run from our studio in Hundleton, where larger equipment is available for use. These classes are tailored to suit the individual requirements of the clients. This especially suits rehabilitation needs such as Sciatica, Sacro-illiac Joint, Neck, Shoulder, Hip, Knee conditions. Equipment used in mat work classes includes mats, wedges, bands, Magic Rings and small soft balls - All supplied.
