At Chrysalis, we don't believe one size fits all, which is why we provide cost-effective learning and development solutions which are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and/or the organisation. To ensure this happens, we incorporate the latest research into how the brain works, as well as developments in our thinking and culture, and use "brain-friendly" learning techniques in the design and delivery of all of our training solutionsManagement, workforce and personal training are driven by the needs of the customer, so no two training solutions will be the same. Focussing firmly on results rather than simply the process of training, Chrysalis work with the customer and set measurable outcomes that benefit the organisation and the individual before the training is designed. Chrysalis use a blended learning approach to training to ensure all learning styles are catered for. Self evaluation by delegates ensures involvement from the outset, and action planning at appropriate stages during the training helps aid transferral of learning back to the workplace. We believe that it's vital that a full understanding of the customer's requirements is determined before training is developed, which is why we offer a FREE, no obligation training needs analysis service. For an informal, no obligation chat with Chrysalis to identify the training you or your business could benefit from, please contact Mica MacInnes
