Tynedale Harriers and Athletic Club was founded in the 1970's by a group of local runners passionate about their sport. Our main club night is a Tuesday, with Juniors training from 6 to 7 and Adults from 7 to 8 (see news section for schedule). Specialist coaching is also available for specific events every Thursday from 6 to 7 for both juniors and seniors. High levels of coaching expertise are offered by a team of well qualified UK Athletics coaches and includes sprints, endurance running, jumps, hurdling and throwing
