I specialise in Therapies in the Workplace, which I currently carry out at a major large insurance company in the area. Reflexology is a very gentle therapy which is beneficial for relieving stress and many other acute and chronic conditions. It can also be used to alleviate pregnancy and post-natal discomfort. I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, specialising in the treatment of panic attacks, agoraphobia and symptoms of stress. I also offer Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage treatments.
