Lymington Healing Group
Business profile
We are a group of healers who meet every other Thursday at the Lymington Community Centre, and every other Wednesday at the Friends Meeting House in New Milton to give Healing to anyone who is in need.Healing channels a form of energy that cannot be seen or felt but is the essence of all living things. It is often described as Light, Life Force or the Divine Source of healing energy. Hands on healing is a non-intrusive, non-denominational gentle approach for emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. No cure is promised, but everyone feels a sense of calm and clients have reported a lessening of pain. The healing always goes to where ever it is most needed. Donations are gratefully received to help with rent and expenses, but our time is freely given. All are Welcome.

Dances 4 Dancers
Business profile
Dances 4 Dancers promotes dances in , Lymington in Hampshire and Brockenhurst also in Hampshire. We run Social Tea Dances which are frequented mainly by Senior Citizens. We also run Social Saturday Night dances which are just Ballroom and Latin styled dances. These are ideal for experienced dancers. Our music for these dances are recorded Modern Big Band instrumental and vocals. From October, we will be introducing a Jive evening. The style will be the good old fashioned jive which will attract both the 30 something set and the "young at heart" crowd. Not Modern, Ceroc or Zumba. I'm looking forward to this as I will be playing a wide catalogue of dances including Old and new Pop, Country and Western, Rock and Roll, Hillbilly (yes there are some swinging tunes) 1940 Big Band (Benny, Count, Duke, Woody, Glenn, vocalists Frank and Ella). A new item I'm adding in October is a "Beat the Intro and Name That Tune". Contestants have to guess the tune title and vocalist from just the instrumental intro. There's a break for fish or chicken and chips while I mark the papers, then I play the whole tune, announce the winner, present the winning team with their prizes. Finally, I play dance/disco music for dancing until close at 10:30pm. This new dance clubdoes not start until 12th September but I'm really looking forward to it. Do visit my website for details of events and venues.
