It can help improve your circulation while easing muscle tension at the same time. This is a Hawaiian massage, where I apply pressure using my forearms and elbows instead of my hands. Similar to a deep tissue massage, it really gets to work on stiff muscles. Deep tissue massage works on the deep layers of muscle in your body.
