Freelance Contractors and Subcontractors Quantity Surveyor From Estimating to Final Accounts I offer an Estimating, Quantity Surveying and Project Planning service for Construction and Subcontract Projects and Trades. Having previously owned my own domestic construction and specialist subcontracting business for 22 years I now work for Builders, Developers and Subcontractors. Based in Derbyshire I can serve Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Sheffield and South Yorkshire. My main experience lies in projects up to about £5million, for the most part housing, conversions and extensions. I also work for subcontractors on a regular basis assisting with accounts, applications and reconciling their profit and loss reporting. My added benefit for any business is my membership of the RICS. I maintain this keeping up todate with contract and quantity surveying and construction matters. From your perspective I can work directly on a self employed or employed basis, working on an a job to job basis, retained or part time basis. Further I can offer fixed prices where appropriate eg for estimating.
