Situated in Newton Reigny, a peaceful village located just three miles from Penrith, these characterful barn conversions were originally part of the Lilacs farm. Lilac Barn is a two-bedroom, four-star property, while Lilac Studio is a one-bedroom, four-star property designed for smaller families. Both cottages are self-catered and require a minimum stay of three nights. The properties we manage are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. A mere 500 yards down the road, our local pub serves rich, flavourful pints and hearty food. All bedding and cleaning materials are included in the cost of your booking. What's more, wine is provided upon arrival. As four-star, gold award-winning properties, our cottages are inspected annually to ensure that their excellent condition is maintained. As our staff are based on-site, we are easily contacted in the event of an issue. Please note that we do not allow pets, and our properties include a no-smoking policy. The Lilac properties are suitable for families and extended families, as each cottage is linked by an interconnecting door. However, it is possible to keep the properties separate when preferable. Several local landmarks add to the flavour and excitement of our properties. This includes a remarkable old church, and the beautiful Lake Ullswater.
