Plus it has a sun lounge and laundry and it's very own direct access on to the footpath leading on to the beach and also close to all the village amenities.

Tristram is situated perched on the cliff edge over looking Polzeath, with its direct access down to the amazing surfing beach. The village with all its shops and the Original Ann's Cottage Surf Shop is a couple of minutes' walk down the foot path, whilst the two popular family pubs are a few minutes' walk up the hill.
