Fine Organics Limited is a manufacturer of Fine Chemicals and Agrochemicals, based in the UK and has been operating since 1977. We produce intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), to meet your requirements from 10 kg to 100 tonnes. We operate a Quality System from ISO 9001 to full cGMP, as well as ISO 14001, and have Responsible Care accreditation. Fine Organics is a custom manufacturer of crop protection actives and intermediates. We work to ECPA standards. ECPA standards. As a privately-owned, single-site company based exclusively in the UK, and with a low staff turnover, Fine Organics is an especially safe location for our customers' Intellectual Property (IP). Additionally, we manufacturer specialty chemicals for companies across the non-life science sector, such as electronics and materials science. Our flexibility in scale and materials of construction allow us to handle the most aggressive chemistries. All site operations are permitted under PPC regulations with wide envelope approvals. We deploy equipment to recover materials for re-use wherever economically possible and processes are designed to minimise waste production. High volume consents are in place to enable discharge of aqueous wastes by pipeline for biotreatment. We have expertise in maintaining Drug and Veterinary drug master files and European CEPs and have been successfully inspected by the United States' FDA. The site is compliant with the European Crop Protection Agency guidelines on cross-contamination. Fine Organics has 4 production buildings housing over 370,000L capacity. Each building is designed for multi-purpose assets so it can be quickly reconfigured to suit a wide range of processes at a minimum of cost. •Buildings 1 and 2 offer a range of vessels from 4,500L to 13,600L •Building 3 offers a range of larger vessels up to 20,000L in both Hastelloy™ and Glass Lined Mild Steel •Building 4 has pilot plant facilities (up to 4500L) as well as smaller equipment used by Fine Contract Research Solids isolation is carried out on a range of stainless steel, Hastelloy™ and Halar™ lined centrifuges and filter-driers.
