CJ Logistics was formed in August 2015. Chrissy and James left traditional high street recruitment companies to give a more personal, local approach to recruitment. Drawing on their knowledge and experience from previous companies a client base was quickly built up within the logistics sector. Having a combined 12 years of experience in the recruitment market. Our focus was to build a business that was successful, profitable and provided the type of service that agency providers used to deliver in the 90's, focusing on local relationships and strong service levels. After opening the office in Huntingdon, we initially drew on our knowledge and experience within the transport sector. We now cover Industrial, Commercial, Technical and Engineering positions as the business has evolved. We currently supply a variety of businesses across the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire regions. We believe at all times that honesty and openness is key to our success, we treat all clients as individual partners, ensuring we deliver a service that is bespoke to that client's needs, we adhere to a policy of honesty between all 3 partners, that being CJ Logistics Solutions Ltd, the contractors and our clients. We are that confident in our processes that we guarantee all workers are eligible to work in the United Kingdom and are willing to underwrite any possible financial penalties should this ever be proven our checks are invalid. Being an independent and privately-owned business gives us a unique strategy of building a service that delivers results the way our clients want it to happen, we are large enough to recruit large volume work forces and small enough to make instant changes and adapt to clients' needs and the reflections of the market place. As the main contact will always be a director of the business, you will be able to deal with a decision maker at any time. We have found this approach allows us to be more flexible and personal with regards to our rates and fees structure and are able to be competitive compared to traditional high street recruitment agencies. We are proud of the clients we work in partnership with, our service delivery is key to our success, and by following strict engagement procedures we have greatly reduced the turnover and failures that many agency providers seem to accept. We work with our partners to help keep them informed of all legislative changes that could impact on supply and costs, and work extremely hard to reduce and remove the risks of using an agency provider. Due to the success of CJ Logistics Solutions, the decision was taken to move into the permanent recruitment sector and widen our customer base. CJ Employment Solutions was formed in October 2017.
