Asbestos claims

At HHD we provide specialist expert advice in relation to compensation for asbestos related diseases for victims and their families and deal with all claims in an expeditious and sympathetic manner. We specialise in obtaining compensation for victims of asbestos related disease. You may have been exposed to asbestos many years ago, but only recently developed symptoms. It may be you are concerned that the firm you worked for no longer exists or has been taken over and you will not be able to claim. This is why it is important to instruct Michael Hollywood, a specialist Solicitor who has experience in dealing with asbestos related claims on behalf of the victims and their families. Michael Hollywood is one of the most respected experts in this field, and with over 20 years' experience, he is one of only a very few solicitors in Northern Ireland to provide detailed asbestos expertise. Meticulous care, coupled with compassion and sensitivity are the hallmarks of Michael's approach to working with clients and their families. At HHD we have represented clients who have previously worked in Belfast's shipyard, in building firms throughout N. Ireland and various public buildings including schools and hospitals. We will work hard to ensure that your claim is dealt with quickly and sympathetically in order to obtain compensation to provide for your own and your family's financial needs and for any care you may require as a result of your illness. There are many different types of asbestos related disease: Pleural plaques Pleural thickening Asbestosis Asbestos related lung cancer Mesothelioma Asbestos related claims on behalf of deceased family members Secondary asbestos exposure claims ie getting an asbestos disease from your husband's or father's overalls
