A bespoke special occasion cake making service,weddings, anniversaries, christenings and birthdays to name a few! From start to finish the cake is my work, after consultation on design and finish. I make rich fruit cake or Madeira sponge (different flavours available), marzipan and ice using sugar paste and decorate to your chosen finish. I hand make sugar flower arrangements but can use artificial or fresh flowers (in consultation with your florist). I can put photographs or pictures on the cake and personalise it with your chosen words. All cakes are presented on an iced board and edged with ribbon to give that professional finish you deserve.I require as much notice as possible as all cakes are made to order, a minimum of three months for fruit cake to allow for maturing. To avoid disappointment speak to me sooner rather than later, although there is always the chance I can do something at short notice - please ask.I have display work which can be seen at Blackwater Craft Gallery (same address), along with a portfolio of prvious work and plenty of ideas. I also offer bonbonnieres and favour boxes which can add that extra something to a special event.
