Select Home Finders is an independent residential property search, buying agent and relocation company. Based in Cumbria, we act for private clients wishing to purchase or rent for own occupancy or as an investment property. In addition, we provide a relocation service for businesses wishing to recruit staff from other parts of the UK or Internationally. We cover Cumbria, including the Lake District National Park, North Lancashire and West Yorkshire. We provide a friendly, confidential and approachable service tailored specifically to your individual requirements. Select Home Finders understands that when moving area you're not just buying a property - you are buying a lifestyle. More and more people are relocating for work or lifestyle reasons. Finding the right property in the right location takes a network of contacts and serious legwork. Estate agents understand that the buyers whom Select Home Finders put forward have already made a financial commitment to finding a new home. It is vital for them to see you as a well-organised, committed buyer. Select Home Finders does not compete with estate agents, so there is no conflict of interest. Don't forget that estate agents only work for the person paying them - the seller not you, the buyer. We only work for you; we compliment the service they offer by providing 'hot buyers'. This gives you a considerable advantage over other buyers in the property market. By instructing Select Home Finders you will have the services of professional home finders taking you through the search and negotiation process, right up to completion and the move into your new home.
