The concept of a boutique practice specialising in Wills, Executry and Estate Administration was based around offering a level of client service and value for money not usually associated with this area of law. The recruitment of specialist lawyers and staff and the use of advanced office systems and technology are key to the delivery of the Wilson & Fish service. Mark advises client’s on Estate Planning strategies and helps them organise their affairs to ensure that their wishes are known and respected after death. Mark also has expertise in acting for foreign lawyers and overseas clients who need assistance with assets in Scotland.
