Private Counselling was set up to provide a professional, non-judgemental, supportive and safe counselling for people working or living in London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. We offer you a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship in a safe and confidential space. We will meet you as an equal with honesty, curiosity and empathy. We will not tell you what to do but help you look at what could be different for you in relationship with your real self and others. We respect and celebrate that we are all individuals. As every individual is different so is every counsellor and therefore every therapeutic relationship. This fuels our passion for this work and our energy in looking at how we could best work together. We have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds be that age, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, or religion. We want to understand what life is like for you - that could be what you have experienced in the past, what is happening for you now
