Coastal Care (Southern) Ltd is an established company offering domiciliary care and support to clients of all ages across East and West Sussex. Currently we support elderly clients to remain as independent at home as possible, as well as adults with debilitating illnesses, children and young adults with diagnoses of autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities and development delay, receiving referrals through local authority Disabled Children Teams in addition to private clients and referrals from an assisted living organisation and West Sussex County Council. We have Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered status and are now expanding our client base. We employ a team of support workers who are flexible, caring, dedicated and experienced, and for whom we provide all appropriate on-going training and support. We are able to offer a 24 hours a day, 365 days per year service delivering individually tailored support to vulnerable people in the following areas: • Respite care • Domestic and social care - housework, laundry, errands, shopping, meal preparation, support to access local communities, sometimes merely providing company and a chat • Personal care - bathing, assistance rising and retiring, assistance with prescribed medications As well as the above, we are also able to offer short-term care packages to those individuals returning home following surgery and/or a stay in hospital in order to assist them in settling back home.
