I-focus is a unique consultancy that offers a multi solution approach to project and interim category management services in the food&drinks industry. I set up i-focus to be able to offer solutions that focussed on delivering growth and reducing the costs, in other words to deliver practical and implementable solutions to your categories needs.I like to think we offer an entrepreneurial approach and see value in opportunities other more standard approaches miss.
