Enigma's Wendy Haden and her associates work mainly in the North East to provide a complete estate planning service based on the best current advice, tailored to your distinct personal needs. We'll take you through the processes: from the first steps of making a will, to utilizing trusts. Despite many people's discomfort with thinking about end of life arrangements our way of working with you will help to make setting up lasting powers of attorney; protecting the family home (whilst providing for long term care); business succession planning and the other related estate management services much less intimidating than they might otherwise be. Just as there are no two family circumstances the same, our planning is not prescriptive and nor are your needs around wills and plans for your families' or business partners' futures. Contact Wendy or one of her team as soon as possible for an informal, "no strings" chat about what your needs are regarding provision for your family.
