All items are barcoded and can be traced on-line by customers using secure internet viewing. Recalled files and documents are located and picked withing minutes of a request. Files are either returned to the customers offices on a same day or next day delivery or can be scanned and posted securely on-line. We assist customers with retention scheduling to ensure items that are not required and not needlessly stored. In addition we provide on-site security shredding services with our mobile shredding lorry. This shredder destoys paper, data tapes and magnetic media as well as uniforms. This is ideal for both bulk clear outs and routine confidential collections. We also provide office furniture and wheelie bins to collect material prior to shredding.
