Our business was founded in 1989 with our first Snooker and Pool hall and since then, we have decided to utilize our expertise in the sport to start premiumcues.co.uk. We promise to offer all customers a first class experience from the moment they visit our site, to delivery and right through to play. Customers are welcome to visit our showroom where you can try cues before purchase.
We do a free UK mainland next business day delivery for orders received prior to 12pm each working day, we also deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once we have processed your order for shipping you will be notified by email with what courier company will deliver and a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to over 50 countries. International delivery times vary by location, typically 3-5 working days for Europe. 7 - 10 for North America & 10 - 14 for the rest of the world.
Who pays for customs and any tariffs or duties when shipping internationally
We cover all charges when shipping internationally. The price at checkout is the price you pay. No nasty surprises.
Are orders insured when shipping & who is responsible?
We are responsible for orders whilst in transit to our customer, we are fully insured if we arrange shipping.
Can I return a cue if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused cues in original condition. Custom cues are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect. For full information check Returns & Refunds. Please note: keep all your packaging in case you need to return.

We have been selling cues from our snooker clubs since 1989 and online for the last 7 years.
