The Legal Deed Service Limited provides a name change service in the UK.An applicant just needs to fill out and send us a simple online application form along with £13.39 for an adult name change and within a few days they will receive an official legal deed which should be signed in the presence of a witness. Once this has been done their new name is official."Part of the process involves the notification of several institutions of the name change, including, but not only, the DVLA, inland revenue, police and doctors and banks and lending institutions that the person has commitments with. The individual will need to obtain new documents including a Passport and and driving licence etc. This is done with the legal documentation provided being sent to the organisations, and requesting the changing of the persons detail.
