I make and bake Gluten free products, bread, scones, cakes and tarts.I will be experimenting on gluten free soda bread, watch my website for news of new products.I have just started making real bread, it takes 12 hours from start to finish to produce this bread. By using long fermentation periods with low yeast quantities the bread tastes much better and keeps for longer. My new products are sourdough breads using wheat, rye and gram leavens, these products require 48 hours for start to finish and the taste is fantastic.
