Build Cleaning
Build cleans includes the removal of building debris, paint, excess mastic, scraping of floors ahead of carpet laying, removal of packaging and stickers from new fixtures and fittings. The cleaning of dust and a thorough clean through the newly built or refurbished area. Sparkle cleans are carried out after build snagging works to produce a show home finish. A sparkle clean later removes new build debris created after the final snagging stage of building works. Cleaning, dusting and removing debris such as dead flies that may have settled since the build clean.
