There will be further consultations throughout the programme which do not have to be face-to-face, but may be Skype or telephone calls. As your Health Coach I will guide you step-by-step through the diet, meal plans, recipes, the herbal medicine and supplements and all the symptoms that you can expect to change throughout the process. You are given a full information pack plus recipe book. You also complete a daily Food Diary and Accountability Journal which you submit to me every week for me to analyse and give feedback. This is a joint process with me as your coach providing all the tools needed to help you understand what your body is going through, all the nutrition and medicine to help you become symptom-free and enjoy improved health and vitality.
