Exclusively Alpaca Mill Shop is located close to the Norfolk Broads, equidistance between Norwich & Great Yarmouth. The shop is well stocked with stunning alpaca yarns (wool) processed here on-site in our purpose-built processing mill (East Anglia AlpacaMill) which is entirely dedicated to the processing of alpaca fibre. The Mill processes fibre in an eco-friendly manner in the same ethos as the alpacas themselves with a very low carbon footprint - zero miles from growing to processing & retail.
We are a little potty about alpacas with 50+ resident breeding alpacas on-site (alpacas of East Anglia) & the shop reflects our passion for them. Our yarns are created from our own herd, (100% pure British/Norfolk Alpaca) scientifically analysed & graded ahead of processing to produce exquisite cones, balls and skeins for knitting, crocheting, machine knitting and every other application imaginable. Alongside yarns, we have an array of fibre for crafting, spinning, weaving & felting projects. if we don't have what you are looking for we are happy to produce it for you - please just ask.
We also have stock of alpaca associated gifts and cards, felted products, hand-turned drop spindles, knitting needles and crochet hooks; embroidered cards, clocks, birds nesting material, cuddly toys, flip flops to name but a few. 'Experince Alpaca' tickets/gift vouchers also available
The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday with ample parking and just a short distance from the main A47. We hope there is something for everyone - pop in for a browse!
