Established in 1991 by Betty Gale, Buttons is a leading nanny agency with branches in Surrey, London, and Hertfordshire. Since the agency has been taken over by Manjit Shah, it continues to grow and expand. With 24 years' experience of placing high-calibre nannies with families throughout our service areas, we're one of the most established agencies in the industry. We have received many commendations from our satisfied clients and nannies over the years. As a member of the REC, (The Recruitment and Employment Confederation) we are proud to say that a large number of our nannies re-register with us on a sole agency basis. Furthermore, our agencies are recommended by Bestbear and The Good Nanny Agency Guide, and we have also received Small Business of the Year Awards. When you choose Buttons, we pay close attention to your specific needs, putting forward high-calibre candidates whose skills, qualifications, personality, and location best match your requirements. By registering with us, you will be assured of a truly professional and caring service. Operating to very high standards within the childcare industry, we arrange face-to-face interviews with all candidates and ask for original copies of their paperwork, which is carefully checked by our consultants. All references are checked personally by Buttons. This assures that we provide the very best candidates for all your needs. Finally, we aim to provide the best nanny agency aftercare service. In the unlikely event of a client or candidate not being entirely happy with our service, we have an 8-week guarantee period, but we assure you that we are very thorough and have a very high success rate.
