Award-winning Architecture Studio delivering design excellence throughout Cornwall and Devon

The Bazeley Partnership has been providing architectural services for over 100 years, delivering award-winning design excellence on a wide range of projects throughout Devon, Cornwall and the South West. We put people at the heart of our process and our skill and experience inform designs that are bespoke and crafted. Rather than following a fixed design belief, we take a human approach and create forms that blend inspiration with practicality. Our guiding principle is contextual design and intrinsic to this is understanding the importance of location. Each project is considered carefully in both its immediate setting and the wider landscape. As a result, we have an excellent track record in obtaining successful planning consents, including those on sensitive and historic sites. The Bazeley Partnership has built a reputation for the quality of its design and service and this is applied to all scales of project and stages of work. In addition, we use a trusted network of professionals and craftsmen to deliver the highest standards of workmanship. Key to the success of any project is listening to your requirements and ambitions in order to develop a project brief that embodies your vision. We aim to build a relationship of trust based on providing honest and realistic advice that will enable you to make the best decisions for your project. We are proven problem-solvers and will find solutions that combine innovation and ingenuity. As part of our service we actively seek opportunities to add value to a project and unlock potential, whether for present gain or as part of a long term strategy.
