This includes:   A detailed history of your present problem, including a full medical history  Range of motion examination  Orthopaedic examination  Neurological examination  Chiropractic examination      A full explanation of your findings A full explanation of what can be done*  A full explanation of how long your treatment/recovery will take  A full explanation of how much your treatment/recovery will cost  A printed plan detailing the above      *If Chiropractic treatment is not suitable in your case, you will be referred to your GP or other healthcare practitioner with a letter explaining your findings.
