Literature review and design
I advise on the design of user-centred information. For example, I review literature, brochure and documents to ensure that they are able to be communicated to a wide variety of potential recipients, including people who may have visual, hearing, and cognitive impairments and learning difficulties such as Dyslexia. I also can create new items, business cards, trifolds, etc., that will be easier for your customers to read.
