Fitness Classes in BromsgroveOur fitness classes in Bromsgrove run every Thursday night at 7:00pm in the Sports Hall at North Bromsgrove School.  It's a really easy way to get fit fast, you only need the motivation to turn up and follow the instructor. It's fantastic value too, at just £4 per class you can really get fit without the expense and frills of a gym membership.
