History: Red Hot Penny was founded in February 2014, to facilitate the merger of Metakinetic Ltd (founded in and trading since 2005) and Red Hot Penny Ltd (founded in and trading since 2012). Metakinetic was a digital design and technical development agency with significant clients within the retail, education and leisure sectors including many high street names and global corporations. The original Red Hot Penny provided offline and online design and branding services to culture, media and fashion sectors, including many public sector run or backed organisations. The merger has enabled the strengths of both companies to be combined, bringing opportunities to develop our design and digital portfolio over a more diverse client base.
