Classic Car Restoration
The workshop team has a combined experience in the motor trade of more than 120 years. Having worked on the restoration of many vehicles we understand our customers needs and budgets will vary enormously. we have customers who have bought an "Ebay" car for a bit of summer fun and just want a safe reliable Sunday car. At the other end of the spectrum we have customers who come to us with a "Barn find" and want to show it at the local "classic car" meet the following week !! Once we have explained to a customer what can be acheived and the costs we will agree a schedule of work including a time scale. It is almost impossible to provide a fixed quote" however we do endeavour to give an order of magnitude cost, the project risks, (i.e The engine might not have been heard running) and a list of items required. We are happy to work with a custoemr who wants to source and "free issue" parts to us subject to warranty variations on those parts supplied. (We will honour the labour if the part is incorrectly fitted but not if the free issue part is defective). most of our classic car work is light re-commissioning of vehicles that have been laid up. The best place to start is to pop down for a Chat and speak to George or Fozzy and take it from there.
