Handmade Confectionery
S&P's new range of handmade truffles and confectionery are made from the finest cocoa beans. S&P pride themselves in using local produce wherever possible, such as milk, nuts and honey, or they try to source ethically produced ingredients.  All S&P's confectionery is made the true artisan way - by hand. Each truffle is formed, rolled, and dipped by hand. Finally, coated in a layer of smooth milk, plain or white chocolate to give them a silky finish.
