Acupuncture
Medical, or modern, acupuncture is an adaptation of Chinese acupuncture, which, instead of traditional models to diagnose conditions uses the the principles of evidence-based medicine and knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology to identify conditions suited to treatment with needles to relieve pain. Joanna is a trained member of, the British Medical Acupuncture Society. She will take your case history, carry-out an examination and discuss whether this approach, or a combined osteopathic and acupuncture treatment plan, may be suitable or helpful to you. Complaints may be resolved in a single session or require a course of treatment.
