An engineer will collect conventional or hydraulic sail and rigging controls from your boat and bring them back into our workshops for a complete maintenance service. We will return your parts to your boat within 14 days. Our prices are very competitive and we will not proceed with any work without your acceptance. Our experienced engineers can also service winches and windlasses on board. Call 01747 858585 for more details. How it Works:- 1. Call 01747 858585 and book in your item for a collection. 2. We will advise you when the Engineer will be next visiting your marina. (it may be possible for you to leave your goods in the office at the Marina). 3. On collection you will be given a receipt with your reference number. 4. The items will be bought back same day to our workshops in Shaftesbury, Dorset. We will send you a email of confirmation, no later than the following day. 5. The items will be stripped, tested and evaluated. A quote for the repair/service will be sent to you. On acceptance of the quote (in writing) we will proceed with the work. If you do not accept the quote the goods will be returned to you on the next available delivery slot without any obligation. 6. Once the service/repair is completed, we will forward an invoice for the agreed amount. On receipt of payment, the goods will be booked onto the next available delivery slot and returned to the Marina. If for any reason we expect the service/repair to take longer than 14 days, you will be notified.
