NWT Direct is based in a modern 20,000 square foot factory in Conwy, North Wales.Our manufacturing facility in Turkey was established in 1999 with the purchase of 14000 square metres of land.Utilising 7000 square metres of floor space the factory predominately manufactures chrome plated heated towel rails for a customer base spanning the UK, Europe, Russia and the Czech Republic.The Snowdon range of products are assembled using purpose built machinery and are welded automatically in a custom built furnace. This continuous process ensures weld quality is of the highest standard, with every towel rail being polished by hand before plating, to ensure a perfect finish.The towel rails are manufactured using high quality 22mm diameter tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm. The side rails utilise a 'D' profile 30mm x 40mm x 1.5mm.
