As part of our of our portfolio, We also do caravan inspection service for prospective buyers..We have a look at the exterior body work checking for damage or any obvious repairs that may have been done also the roof area for similar, we would have a look at the trim/awning rails to see if the seals looked intact and secure, we check tyres to see if roadworthy. We would if possible check to see if road lights were in good working order. We would take photographs of any damaged area/s as evidence. Then we would do a full tour of the interior of the caravan, checking that everything that should be there is there, Tables, draws, cupboard doors, curtains and blinds, fridge shelves and cooker shelves etc.. We would do several damp readings in prominent places around the caravan, window areas, top cupboards, internal boards under seating and bed areas, once again any photographic evidence we can, we can test lights, if electric available and would also check battery lights etc.. We do a paper report and once on return would email you our report along with all photographs taken.. We would also check the CRIS register number on the windows to see if they had been tampered with..and All Match.. We Do Not check any gas appliances as we are not certified to do so, and we Do Not do finance checks to see if any outstanding finance is on the caravan or check with the CRIS REGISTER to see if the caravan has been written off as a insurance loss at any time, That is upto the buyers to check.. We do give a very honest opinion, and we would have no problem in telling you if it was a good caravan or a bad caravan...We also can give you a guide to Value of the caravan in line with the current market value based on using the Glasses Guide
